Serving suggestions: it´s ideal row to dress salads; as a flavouring for vegetable soups, fish and grilled meat. It´s also excellent for cooking delicate dishes.
Organoleptic characteristics: the colour is an intense golden yellow with green reflections. The scent is elegant, fruity with a hint of exotic fruits, apples and mediterranean flowers. The flavour is soft, fluid with a combination of bitter and hot notes.
Methods of production: antichi uliveti del prato is obtained from one variety of olives, cultivated in " Maccia d´Agliastru "(Sassari ). Between november and january, the olives are collected by hand when they are still unripe and , then, are milled by a process of cold-pressing. Before the bottling, the oil is kept in huge steel containers where it separates naturally into cold, green oil on top of water from the olives. The result is a wonderful oil with a minimum level of acidity, popular all over the world!
Preservation: to be kept in a cool place, in total darkness to prevent any damage.
