How to Place an Order

The catalogue has been organized taking into consideration the different categories of goods, which cover the aspects of the Sardinian traditional gastronomic culture.
You can reach the product page looking at the boxes of the promotions and the category links present in the website.

Once identified the product you wish to buy, it is possible to add it to the cart specifying the quantity needed.
It is possible to change the quantities in the cart, to remove items already present; to proceed to the filling of the order form pressing the button CHECK OUT or continue the shopping.

The products present on are usually immediately available.
However it is possible that we receive simultaneous orders of the same item, therefore we modify or cancel in real time its availability.

Kara Sardegna requires neither a minimum quantity nor a minimum amount to spend.
All the prices are valid for online purchases only.

The partners who have the qualification of Marketplace sellers (Partner Shop) are independent vendors who offer a wide range of products of Sardinia within our website

The purchase process of items sold via Marketplace (Partner Shop) is the same as (Kara Shop).

We remind you to send a payment to a seller of the Marketplace (Partner Shop) only via If a seller asks for payment outside our website, please report them to us immediately. Commercial transactions outside this website are not covered by Warranty and Right of Withdrawal.

In addition, for your own safety, we invite you to communicate with the seller only through the website If it's the seller who is shipping the items, they must share the shipping information with us. You can check the tracking information on the Order Details page in your Kara Club account.
Kara Sardegna is not directly involved in the sale process between you and the seller yet we carefully monitor every step of it, from the order's placement to the goods' delivery.
