Settlement of Disputes

The sale agreement between the customer and Cortesa S.r.l. is intendedly made in Italy and is governed by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes concerning the interpretation, execution or termination of these General Terms of Sale or individual purchase orders if the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, the Court of his/her place of residence or domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction if located within the Italian territory; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Tempio Pausania, excluding any other competent court.

Cortesa S.r.l. informs the buyer that has the capacity of consumer qualification in art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), which was set up a European platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR platform SO-CALLED).
The ODR platform is available at the address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/; through this ODR platform the consumer user can consult the list of ADR entities, find the link to the website of each of them and start an on-line dispute settlement proceedings in which it is involved.
